Morgan Crew - Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Nurse

As an RP and RN I have a passion for helping and supporting others. The most common mental health challenges I provide psychotherapy for are anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and parenting challenges. I use the Adlerian approach of psychodynamic psychotherapy, a form of talk therapy, to help clients improve their lives by challenging their beliefs about themselves. I help clients understand how beliefs formed in childhood influence them as adults. This process empowers us to heal and gain strength from knowing ourselves on a deeper and more authentic level.

My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and discover their inner strengths. I want to help you heal and grow. To do that, I provide a safe space for you to talk about whatever is troubling you, learn about what has happened in your life, and create a customized treatment plan that integrates the mind, body and soul work that I have found most useful in wellness.

I am here to help you. I will support you on your journey, and my goal is to guide you to grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward in your life.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through psychotherapy, I help support you to explore what has happened in your life and to then gain the motivation, perspective, and joy you desire moving forward.

Support through wellness therapy can enhance many areas in our lives that may be holding us back from attaining our truest potential and feeling positive.
